PVC lectern banners can be printed to bespoke sizes, and a a great reusable way of helping your attendees recognize your brand quickly and easily. You can even take it one step further and have ceiling to floor banners that can be suspended from the stage lighting rigs – they will really make a statement about your event, and are inexpensive to produce. Branded bunting is another alternative option.

Consider your catering

Delegates and event attendees are generally more responsive if they are fed and watered. This is the perfect opportunity to serve up cake and cupcakes with rice paper logos on – it’s this kind of touch that people tend to share on social media. Providing reusable branded cups also makes a statement about your event, and gives attendees something to take away with them. Every time they use it, they will be reminded of their day.
