CrowdStrike sponsors Fernando Alonso’s efforts at Rolex 24

CrowdStrike puts together sponsorship program with United Autosport for the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona with seven amazing drivers competing for the top step of the podium.  Fernando Alonso comes to US shores to compete for the second time, and finds the setting and excitement re: The Roar and Rolex 24 a once in a lifetime bucket list experience for this two time World Champion.

Another very busy and productive day on track for us with three practice sessions totalling almost 4 hours which also included night running. Spare a thought for our hard working engineers, technicians and mechanics who are putting in a tremendous effort at Daytona. Having flown out last Monday, 18hr days have been the norm for the 30-strong crew prepping for the three-day test which concludes tomorrow afternoon. A further 192-laps were completed in total today – and with it our fastest lap of the test so far courtesy of Fernando Alonso (a mere 7/1000sec faster than #23 co-driver Lando Norris). We’ve now achieved 1,120-miles of running over the past two days which provides valuable data for the engineers to work through – just in case they can’t sleep tonight! #BeUnited
