In addition to his work with The Page Group Lee also operates White Hat Licensing in Hingham, MA a boutique east coast licensing company engaged in client side licensing programs and management.
As a former Licensing Manager for Tony International, and a Hasbro Toy Executive for nearly 10 years, Lee has a solid rolodex of relationships with Fortune 500 companies spanning nearly every industry sector, and is well connected to the entertainment world and overseas manufacturing facilities. His passion for this industry goes far beyond just the traditional business plan.
As a highly creative entrepreneurial executive with 20 years sales, marketing, licensing, and product development experience with top tier consumer product and packaged goods companies, RJR Nabisco, Bausch & Lomb and Hasbro, along with start-up experience. Strong relationships forged with Fisher Price, Mattel, Colgate Palmolive, SC Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Energizer, BBC America, Sesame Workshop, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros. and other consumer/entertainment companies. Results shown below closing licensed branded partnerships, while leading multi disciplined teams to develop product lines increasing revenue & profits.
In 2007 & 2008 Lee hired a team and led the charge, launching two new consumer product divisions, Planet Pets and Planet Home. This resulted in nearly 50 sku’s shipped to mass and specialty retailers while delivering $15 million in sales in an 18-month period.
He has lead successful licensing efforts with Reebok Brand Licensing and Tomy International Licensing.
