John J. Miller is 23-year veteran of the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. A majority of his career was spent in the corporate environment.
- Currently John serves as the VP Sales for Swisher Sweets out of Jacksonville, Fl. leading all sales efforts for this multi-national brand in the manufactured cigar products marketplace.
- From May 2011 till the fall of 2012 John was EVP of Consumer Strategies and a partner in The Page Group.
- From 1988 till 2009 John served as the Western Regional Vice President , US Tobacco, Inc., directing all efforts of their $300 Milion western business unit for their brands (including: Skoal and Copenhagen), working w/ industry leaders like 7/11, McLean’s, Krogers, etc..
John brings vast experience working within complex vertically integrated enterprise and brings skills in implementing, as US Tobacco called it, “Seed to Shelf Brand, Marketing and Distribution strategies.” His ability to understand the brands core consumer needs before the seed is developed and continue to build the momentum and connection all the way through the development, manufacturing and distribution process to accomplish successful end results is core to the value structure John brings to our clients.
As a consultant he has worked with numerous specialty food companies, beverage companies and other CPG formats. Miller is a graduate of the UNLV School of Business and has an MBA from Pepperdine University.
