The Page Group – Secures trademarks & develops licensing strategy – Successfully Building Brand Value in Competitive Markets for

American Honda 

The Page Group was introduced into American Honda because they were at risk of loosing their rights to their own Trademark in a number of product categories that had been infringed upon by others.   The Page Group met with the head of AHM to explain the risks they were involved in, and subsequently signed a multi year contract to assist AHM in the development of strategies to mitigate this infringement as well as develop a licensing strategy and products that would protect those categories for the AHM brand in the future.

The Page Group assisted American Honda in securing their trademarks from infringement, and in developing the overall strategies for implementing a more effective licensing strategy.   Over 2 1/2 years the far reaching collaboration included: trademark protection, cease and desist correspondence, licensing department developmental strategies, securing licensee’s, sourcing products they did not wish to license but in categories they wished to secure, event marketing strategies, collateral design, and brand work within the categories engaged.

Overall it successfully secured infringed categories of products for the American Honda Brand while expanding licensing to become a nine figure retail business bring significant dollars to their bottom line.   To this day American Honda is now recognized as a leader in the licensing arena with hundreds of products and categories covered under license.
